Riverside Bungalows is a brand new development that offers 5 recently refurbished bungalows. Each property offers sizeable self contained accommodation and has been designed to a high specification. The properties feature a separate, lockable kitchen area in addition to individual living space. With specialist features such as anti-ligature and anti-damage fixtures and fittings, the properties are robust yet maintain a homely feel. Each environment can be further adapted and tailored to the unique needs of each individual we support.

We provide tailored care and support for individuals with high levels of need with support packages ranging from 24/7 1:1 to 3:1.

The properties will be delivered in partnership with a Registered Social Landlord. Individuals will have their own tenancy agreement, ensuring a clear separation between their housing and care / support.

Located in the heart of Rawtenstall, the properties are ideally located close to amenities including shops, cafés, green spaces and health services. A short drive away is The Whitaker Museum, the famous ‘Singing Ringing Tree’ and Healey Dell Nature Reserve.
