A significant milestone for one of our residents as she visited the hairdresser for the first time. Facing challenges with personal care, new faces, and busy environments, she stepped out of her comfort zone with incredible bravery. Despite these difficulties, she embraced the experience and did amazingly well. Her radiant smile and the words, ‘I look beautiful,’ reflect not only her transformation on the outside but also a newfound sense of confidence and self-worth.
